Addendum for yesterday

Right ... here it is ... my tea from yesterday was a fruity Christmas tea! :) I think it's one of the few fruit teas I actually like. :D Still have to drink it but can catch up tomorrow and Saturday with it. :)
And my Advent Calendar packet for yesterday was from Patzi. Just LOVE that cute reindeer clip!! :) Think I may just pass this on to my friend Josie in Germany. She LOVES reindeers! ;)


***ETA - Josie loves ELKS/MOOSES ... not Reindeers. But Josie - if you look at the pic, it looks more like a moose anyway, doesn't it?? :D

Phew!!! Took me longer than I thought!!! :) Maybe I should leave the crafty bits out ... I am a slow scrapper after all (found that out at the Cyber Crop!!). But have to say I LOVE that LO. Used acetate with stazon white opaque (over photo), snowflake eyelets, snowflake button and snowflake vellum sticker. The prompt today suggested we cut a paper snowflake ... well, I had three attempts and am absolutely rubbish at it!! So I decided I try my luck with a quilled snowflake ... first time ever for me to do a snowflake and you can see the wonky result! LOL.

 Here is my Final Round up for the Photo Scavenger Hunt 2013: 1. Open air market (Market Stall outside Kew Station, London) 2. Theater for performing arts (not a movie theater) ( Edinburgh Festival Theatre ) 3. City Hall, Capitol or other similar civic building (Dumfries Council Buildings) 4. Airplane (Our Virgin Flight plane to London) 5. A sunset (opted for another picture than posted before, as this sunset is more stunning! Official!!!

Still struggling with sleep deprivation from Superbowl on Sunday, but hey … maybe I’ll get finally to sleep BEFORE midnight. And since 11am this morning the “little secret” from the Adamsons is now not a secret anymore. WE ARE PREGNANT WITH TWINS!!!!  The IVF run in December was positive (typical, the one we thought won’t do anything and we’ll have to go down to London to get immune issues checked out), and we had our official 12 week scan today. Both Chip and Chap are doing fine, are moving about, have all limbs and noses and chins and heartbeats. And I’m feeling as if a big rock’s been removed from my shoulders … have been reading too many horror stories about twin pregnancies resulting in just one baby born or even losing both. Think with 5 years IVF in the bag we know far too much about the medical background and are more likely to worry about what COULD go wrong instead of “enjoying the pregnancy”.
